One day there lived two grown men who loved baseball. They watched baseball, played baseball and bought a lot of wood baseball bats. The men discussed making their own bats to impress the other grown men on their team.

 

Finally the day came when they made their first wood baseball bat. The two men discovered that not only were the bats impressive to look at, but the quality of the wood was important. The custom  painted barrel and tight grain of the wood created an unimaginable force. This force made contact with the ball inevitable.
